Bluebird provides a free face-to-face and online peer support service for adults aged 25 to 65 who may be experiencing mental health challenges including depression and anxiety.
We are the only organisation in WA dedicated to providing peer support groups, facilitated by registered psychologists, for adults 25+ . There is no referral needed, no fees for members and no waitlist.
Bluebird’s peer support groups provide a welcoming, confidential space for adults to receive peer support and strategies to build resilience, capacity and coping strategies to manage their mental health and wellbeing long term.
