The main object of the Birch Community Centre is to work with the local community and other voluntary and statutory organisations in a common effort to improve education, recreation and leisure opportunities.
To achieve this the Association aims to maintain and improve the 100 year old building making it more able to meet current community needs and to adapt to the future; to serve the neighbourhood and celebrate community for a further 100 years and more.
Commercial hire ensures the availability of the building for community, charitable and voluntary groups or otherwise financially precarious organisations at a reduced rate.
