As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and User Experience (UX) Optimisation Consultant, I am currently highly involved in developing and managing frontend based projects, using world renowned A/B testing tools. Working over 6 years in a leading digital personalisation SaaS company I worked with many clients helping creating personalisation strategies and campaigns.
I am the key driver to determine potential areas for site improvement that will maximise ROI for each client. With over 10 years' experience in web development, my hands-on approach has allowed me to acquire a unique skill set, to not only be successful in frontend development tasks but also develop a real talent for layout and visual design, in both customer facing websites and bespoke web applications.
At work, in addition to my experience, I always rely on analytics, so I am well versed in the use of various analytical tools and ways to obtain relevant data through segmentation and filtering, as well as integration and connection of databases in personalisation.
