Neim Malo was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the suburb of Naperville where you can find some of the greatest food in the world. Mr. Malo was self-taught in the restaurant business since the age of ten beginning with peeling sacks of potatoes in exchange for a cheeseburger. As a boy, he dreamed of owning his own restaurant one day. At the age of twenty-one, he pursued the start of his dream in Leland, Illinois and was very successful with the Leland restaurant.
