We are an independent partnership. Our core competence lies in financing B2B companies with private equity (minority or majority shareholding) and debt (private debt or bank loan). Since 2001, we have acted as lead advisor or for our own account in more than 40 financing transactions. Moreover, we manage our own shareholdings.
Our focus is on EBIT-positive companies with sales from EUR 5 to 200 million, headquartered in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Greece, Italy and Austria.
