In 2010 BearCity took the film festival circuit by storm by depicting the trials and tribulations of closet bear-chaser Tyler Hall (Joe Conti), as he courts commitment-phobic Roger Beam (Gerald McCullouch), the seemingly elusive bonafide Casanova of the infamous Bear Community.
In 2012 Kathy Najimy (Sister Act) played den mother to the returning cast of bears, boys and cubs, for a Bear Week bachelor party in Provincetown! Kevin Smith, Frank DiCaro, Mike Ruiz and Varla Jean Merman, lend their support to our lovable gang. Meanwhile, Richard Riehle (Bridesmaids) as father of the groom, learns a whole new meaning to the word “Daddy!”
In 2016 we embarked on a safari into The Woods with the BearCity gang, as Brent (Stephen Guarino) and Fred (Brian Keane) prepare for fatherhood. Kathy Najimy (Veep) returns to play the lovable “Rose”, as well as, appearances by Daniel Franzese (Looking) and Walter Olkewicz (Twin Peaks).
