Beach Boxing Barbados was started from a desire to continue training after relocating to the island. Boxing gyms are always hot, sweaty affairs - why not train somewhere beautiful too? Miami/Enterprise beach is the perfect spot, with shade under the trees and a cool breeze for recovery.
You can expect a mixture of technique and circuits. Little point in trying to punch before you know how to do it properly.
We will work through warm up, pads, weights and bodyweight exercises and stretch down at the end. Everything tailored to your level of fitness, flexibility and personal goals.
