I came here after having a horrible telephone experience with another local company who is in the same business. Because this is my first broken window I did not know what to do or how much information I would need at the ready when I called. B&D walked me through it, made an appointment for getting it measured, quoted a price, cleaned the broken glass up and ordered a replacement glass. Their experience clearly showed.
