BCMI was founded in 1994 by President Mike Boyle after he worked for other large Indianapolis area construction firms. This valuable experience gave him a clear vision of how he wanted his company to operate, and what type of environment he wanted to create both in the office and on the job site.
Over the past several decades, Boyle has achieved this vision. As a result, the firm has steadily grown to include dedicated and knowledgeable members who consistently provide expertise to clients and take pride in their ability to embrace each project while delivering a quality result.
