When operating on specific public lands, an OHV decal may be required by law - i.e. Texas Chapter 29 of the Parks & Wildlife Code for all individuals operating an OHV in Texas at an OHV legal venue which is located on the public lands of Texas, or on lands which have received OHV grants from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department). If an event is hosted on lands requiring an OHV decal, participants will be notified in advance of the State Regulations accordingly.
Revenue generated by the sale event entry or merchandise will be used as monies to help municipalities, counties, state or federal agencies and non-profit corporations to fund scholarships to for the children of fallen Military and First Responders.
