Well, the road rolls on and this musical journey continues. Lots of cool stuff has been happening and heres just a bit! Production continues in Nashville and Central Illinois on Barry's next CD, the tenth yeah, the10th! The working title is Southland and he's had a wonderful time working with Tim Carter of the Carter Bros. Band and world-renowned musical Carter family. Tim is co-producing with him in Nashville, with the Illinois portion being co-produced by BC and long-time collaborator Gary Manuel.
An early 2013 5-week long return trip to Southern Baja, Mexico turned into a working adventure where Barry was able to do a number of shows in the Todos Santos/Pescadero/Cerritos area. Radio interviews, songwriting workshops and the opportunity to write and record with David Raitt (Bonnies bro) made the getaway that much more fun. Barry sends thanks to all the good folks who hired him and came out to listen.
