So when I bought Barking beach cottage in 2011 I had dogs in mind as well as a place where people can relax and socialize away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's walking distance from a pet friendly beach with walking path ways right up to Vermont. Dogs on lead at the beach are welcome all year round. The beach is clean and safe with a lovely restaurant at Onrus river walking distance from Sandbaai beach.
