I started working on the torch in 2003 setting up my torch station in my home. Like many I started with Moretti Glass, a Minor torch and no kiln. The first six months was interesting with some very unattractive beads. I then upgraded to a Lynx [still my only torch] and a Toolbox kiln by Don McKinney [I still have it]. My next upgrade was for a generator that would run my torch since getting oxygen while working full time in a law firm was very difficult. After a few years of working with Moretti glass,
My publishing of my writing started in 2007 and my first novel was published in 2013. My stories are romantic, often historcial settings either out west or during the Civil War. I love to write and I love to make glass flowers.
