Hi, I’m Baobi Noel. A 500-RYT and I specialize in spine and core health, I became a yoga teacher in 2019 after using yoga to rehabilitate after emergency spine surgery due to Cauda Equina Syndrome. I use yoga to help my students on their healing journey after spine injury and/or surgery.
