Owners and pizza lover, Robert DeRose, opened Bambino's Pizza & Pasta in the summer of 2000, with a vision of creating Danbury's best pizza. Robert grew up making pizza with his uncle, Sal, of the legendary Sal's Pizzeria in Mamaroneck, NY. Sal's legendary Sicilian pizza recipe is now feeding the families of Danbury.
