Welcome to Ballet Virginia! Since 2008 we have provided performances and training to our community. Our academy is dedicated to providing exceptional instruction in ballet technique, pointe, partnering, modern, contemporary, tap, jazz and pre-ballet. We offer classes for children, teenagers, adults, and toddlers at our Norfolk and Virginia Beach locations.
Our professional faculty’s mission is to foster a lifelong love of dance while helping students to reach their highest potential. From our Children’s Program to our Upper School, students at Ballet Virginia will find a nurturing environment which will help them to succeed both in and out of the dance studio.
We believe that being a part of live performances are an important part of dance education. Our students have performance opportunities in productions such as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Coppelia plus our annual student showcase Concert Classique.
