Kundalini Yoga is a rejuvenating and relaxing combination of breath and movement, from which anyone may benefit, even those who are stiff or out of shape. Using breath and simple exercises, students learn to release tension and stress while increasing energy. Classes include yoga postures, meditation, meditative music, gong sound bath, and deep relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class.
