Yes. You will usually have to put something in writing to the other funeral home that you would like us to take over arrangements (an email is standard). It is usual for that funeral home to send you a bill for the collection fees of the deceased. However, you are welcome to tell them to send that bill to us and we will pay them and add it onto your final invoice with us.
