You have up to 15 days to decide if the item is right for you. Atarua NYC will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please inform us that an item (s) is being returned. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Ataria NYC is not responsible for packages lost in transit, and in situations like that, refunds are not permitted.
