The team at Astronomy For Africa provides an “edutainment” offering to corporate and tourism event organizers, Bush Lodges, Restaurants, Wedding venues and Astro tourism events (to name but a few) by providing a unique and exciting offering of evening entertainment of an introduction to astronomy on what's happening above our heads, followed by telescope viewing so your eyes and soul can capture and experience the light from these objects in real time.
We set up our own state of the art, professional computerized telescope(s) allowing the guests to view amongst others, Saturn's Rings, Jupiter and its moons, the craters on our Moon (Luna) as well as fascinating Globular Clusters, Nebulae (gas clouds) and Galaxies (all depending on the moon phase and time of the year).
