Description: I am now teaching Hatha yin and Ashtanga, (Eight Limbs) my main intention is to provide you with the confidence to move your existing practise forward or if you are a beginner and new to yoga is to provide your with a safe and supportive environment whilst teaching you the fundamentals of a grounded yoga practice.
