Artsvashen ( Armenian : Արծվաշեն , lit.   'Eagle village') or Bashkend ( Azerbaijani : Başkənd ; Armenian : Բաշքենդ ) is a de jure Armenian village in the Chambarak Municipality of the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia .
