For test purposes or if services refuse downloads, you can change the active IP address 192.168.1.4 for Internet access and start the router with a new IP. With a small freeware you can do this without disconnecting the router from the power supply.
Restart Internet connection with “Router Reconnect
If your router supports UPnP (Universal Plug and Play), you can usually do this quickly with the small freeware "Router Reconnect”. This saves you from searching for the router’s power switch to disconnect it from the mains for a few seconds for the reboot.
