Business owners LuAna and Steve Martin don’t know who it was, suggesting it may have been an apparition – a ghost – one of many the couple is confident has haunted the property even before they purchased it.
A map highlighting a portion of Aransas Pass has been mailed to area citizens and posted on social media and elsewhere by the city administration alerting residents of a field survey that would be conducted by members of GrantWorks, Inc., an Austin-based organization that describes its history with, “Expert guidance to complete and submit grant applications and manage grantfunded projects,” according to its website.
