MMus Submission Music Site
I have been surrounded by music since I was taught to play the piano at six years old by my father John. I went on to teach myself the guitar at thirteen and very recently the violin. I fronted a local gigging band from 2006 until 2019, and am one half of the successful Scarborough duo 'Annie & King'.
In 2018, I decided to study for a master's in music at the University of Hull. It has always been an ambition of mine to fulfil my musical journey by further study into song writing, composing and playing. Studying for my master's has taken place alongside all my other musical pursuits, such as teaching piano, guitar and gigging.
