I would like to start with just a brief word about STRESS. It seems that so many people are suffering the myriad of symptoms that can be brought about by the umbrella term of Stress.
The causes are too many to mention here and the symptoms caused can be so varied and be different for each individual, it is hardly any wonder that so many people are taking depression medication or visiting the doctor for stress related symptoms.
