Hi, I’m Anna, a user researcher specialised in e-commerce with 3 years of industry experience. In the past I have worked with companies such as adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Eneco. I’ve designed solutions for user problems and conducted design research using speak out-loud studies as well as statistical methods for data analyses in different stages of the design process.
