Bestselling author Angus Fubara is an immigrant from the West African country of Nigeria to the United States. He was born and raised in the Ibani kingdom of Opobo in the mid-seventies and early eighties to a conservative Christian family home, the youngest of six siblings. Angus ’ love of art and storytelling started when he was a child and would gather around his elders and kinsmen to hear stories and tales of old, and great heroes and heroines.
Angus considers himself an imaginative craftsman, a new generational storyteller. His love of the arts endeared him to become a frequent participant in his elementary and secondary school drama club as well as a chorister in his family church where his mother led the choir and drama department. His love of storytelling, poetry, and artistry inspired him to create fantasies, scenarios, and stories in his mind. Stories he desires to continue sharing to the world in his unique way.
