Hi, I'm Anais (anna-ees)- that’s short for Ana Isabel. I am currently working at PepsiCo, where I strive to drive digital employee experience transformation through design thinking & doing. Prior to this role, I worked on making financial services available and understandable for everyone leading the design team at Citibanamex.
I consider myself a nimble, strategic thinker with a designer's heart and drive. I have a unique background (graphic design and psychology) that enables me to understand business challenges, address their complexity and provide simple solutions. I also believe that understanding your users and acknowledging their needs and frustrations is the key to improving functionality and ease of use, while creating experiences that delight.
I am a designer who believes that without great strategy, good design cannot succeed.
