Starting next week on Saturday, October 1st, the SATURDAY ADULT BJJ CLASS will change it's time from 11am-1pm to 11am-12pm.
The focus of the class will be technique driven and BJJ sport specific training. Also, just as a reminder we have our SUNDAY MORNING OPEN MAT training from 10am to 11am!!!
