In my 25 years of experience and a few thousand families, I've found that women desire and do very well with a primary midwife, someone who knows their story .
Modern midwifery has changed a lot over the last few years into group practice models, as a result women are desperately seeking one on one care, and the desire to connect to one provider and make collaborative choices about their labor and delivery. I find that our clients are relieved when there is no need to repeat their story at every prenatal visit and the worry seems to fade knowing who will attend their labor and delivery.
If you choose All About Birth Midwifery, you will start your care with either Kate or Susan as your primary midwife. We are a small shared practice educating, empowering, and listening to families.
