Boyette will utilize an array of data in order to form a powerful and comprehensive assessment of Maury County’s workforce. Detailed input from stakeholders such as employers, workforce agencies, economic development agencies and education and training providers, will equip the MCCEA with the necessary information to promote an effective workforce business case.
One key component of Boyette’s data mining, analysis and research for Maury County will result in a Comprehensive Training Matrix. In synthesis with data collected from Boyette’s Workforce Training Inventory and Asset Map, the Training Matrix will identify and maximize key workforce resources in the region.
