A Creative Working and Learning Environment
Charlie will be giving Acrylic Pouring Workshops at three Carroll County public libraries in March. The workshops are free, and are open to adults 16 and older. These types of workshops tend to be quite popular, so early registration is suggested. The dates of the workshops are:
