INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINDING A BADLY INJURED, SICK OR LOST CAT

If you find a cat in an emergency situation, in the area of Dénia, La Xara or Jesús Pobre, you must follow the protocol established by the town hall, to assist the cat in need. Firstly, call the local police: (0034) 965 780 190. They have to notify the municipal animal collection service, managed by APAD (a 24/7 service). They assess the situation on a case by case basis and decide how to help.  Should they need our support, we at Aldea Felina step in and take on responsibility.

We are a private association, organised by volunteers and financially supported by donations. We do not receive payments from any town hall or company for our work.
