Alan Brown Racing stables are based at Lilac Farm in the Vale of Pickering, to the east of Malton, with magnificent views of the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds. The stables are run by Alan and Claire Brown, following a fifteen year business as racehorse transport operators. Alan was granted a racehorse trainer licence to train flat and jump horses in 2005.
In the 1980s Alan was a very successful National Hunt jockey and brings all this experience to the business.
