Alameda Flying Club is a communal non-profit flying club in the San Francisco Bay Area that has been in continuous operation at Hayward Executive Airport since 1946. We pride ourselves on love for aviation, sense of community, and commitment to learning.
We all live to fly. Our club owns a 1976 Cessna 172M that is great no matter your mission: learning to fly, local sightseeing flights, or long-distance adventures. It is equipped for IFR with dual VORs and DME, so you can shoot an instrument approach at KHWD when Karl rolls in. Scheduling is easy, and our rates are very affordable.
