With gymnastics training as a start, young boys & girls are better prepared for whatever sport or activity they participate in later on. More so than any other sports choice, it will build overall body strength, increase coordination, agility, and teach mental focus. Oh... and its fun!
Our goal is to teach young children to swim in a positive, safe, and loving environment. We recognize that each child is an individual with different emotional and developmental abilities and we cater each lesson to those needs. For their safety it is important that children learn as soon as possible but also that their first experience is one that develops their enjoyment of the environment.
