Dr. Pandey’s research group at Mayo Clinic focuses on the research and development of the novel diagnostic assays that could be translated into clinical manifestation. Dr. Pandey leads the mass spectrometry laboratory within the Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory (ADL), a collaboration between Mayo Clinic’s Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology and the Center for Individualized Medicine. Our mission is to identify and invest in disruptive technologies using emerging new mass spectrometry technologies and develop proteomics and lipidomics assays that can be transferred to clinical labs for screening and/or diagnostic applications.
