Aikido of Tucson has provided the Tucson area with quality Aikido training since 1974. The current teaching staff consists of five black belts: one 4th dan, one 2nd dan, and three 1st dan, who are registered with the Aikikai Foundation, Aikido World Headquarters, Tokyo, Japan. Both open hand and weapons techniques are taught in basic Aikikai style.
