Ahimsa’ is a term meaning compassion, or to do no harm. It is directly opposite to the sanskrit root ‘Himsa’ – to strike, so it can be taken further to mean to nurture, care, and heal.
At Ahimsa Health it is our aim to nurture every client whether you’re feeling completely broken and stuck in a rut, or if you could just do with a little boost.
