My name is George Stuyck, owner of Advanced Excavation File Services. I am a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and New Mexico. I've been working with construction contractors and creating 3D construction models since 2002.
I create most models and work closely with clients. Model design notes are included with each design created to explain the model design. When there are multiple lines in the model near one another, I label the lines with text to avoid confusion for the equipment operators.
