Description: I am Adam Lapworth. This is my curriculum vitae.
While finishing my degree at the University of Alicante, I started working at UniMOOC , an online course platform belonging to the university. Although initially employed as a member of the development team during my last year at university, upon completion of my degree, I took up my current role as Chief Information Officer at UniMOOC. Since then I have re-written all of the platform's code, of which I have full ownership.
In addition to my role at UniMOOC, I have spent the past year developing TeachVid , an e-learning platform that uses interactive activities with videos for language learning. It has been in production since spring 2019 and is starting to make waves in the language teaching community.
I designed and developed the platform's architecture, with a view to making it fully scalable. We are continuing to develop the platform's functionality, adding new features and improving user experience, following an iterative development process.
