Back in 1966, armed with a recipe & a dream, Leonardo & Rosina Aceti opened a small kitchen serving pizza pies. Using the recipe they were raised with in Cosenza, Italy they would make their dough from scratch & by hand. Using only the finest ingredients & quality toppings, word quickly spread throughout the Hamilton area about a great tasting pizza. Not much has changed since then, we still make our dough fresh in store using the exact recipe Leonardo & Rosina Aceti brought to Canada. We hand-stretch the dough & add our unique pizza sauce. It is topped with real mozzarella cheese & fresh toppings baked on our stone slabs making for great pizzas!
