April is very detail-oriented, leaving nothing to chance to ensure you have an optimal, wonderful vacation experience. I didn’t really know what to expect as this was my first time using a travel agent. For me, having the opportunity to LITERALLY hang with my travel agent and her associates on the trip made the experience that much more memorable and personal instead of solely having a business relationship.
April and it was amazing. It felt good not to worry about any little details. We enjoyed the resort and the excursions knowing April got our backs. She communicated very well prior, during and after the trip. She is very customer satisfaction minded. This was my first time having a travel agent booking a trip and it will not be the last time!
