The skies aren't always blue, but they come real close. In an average year the sun shines about 350 days. When there are clouds in the sky they often come in the form of playful cirrus clouds or smooth lenticular clouds that look like giant space ships observing us from afar.
On the following pages there are pictures of some of the spectacular clouds we often see in the sky above the city. The four seasons are also represented in pictures, from the bright colors of Spring in bloom to the festive colors of Christmas and the rare Albuquerque snow storm.
