AO Music continues a 20-year reputation for a unique, hybrid approach to World Music with Kutumba, the group’s sixth studio album. Work on Kutumba began in 2018 when founder Richard Gannaway connected with long-time collaborator, Siberian multi-instrumentalist Nadishana, and travelled 6,000 miles to Abakan, Siberia, to record vocals for the track “Nashu”.
