New Children's Book Released!!
An unexpected trip leads to inspiration for a young girl and her friend, Simon. Her artistic adventure brings together two of her favorite things. “The Museum” written and illustrated by Aaron Yount.
The idea for the “The Museum” started when Aaron lived at the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum as artist-in-residence in Oradell, New Jersey. While at the museum he gave after school art classes and served as juror for an art exhibition at the local library. Doing this, he realized the passion and interest children had for both animals and art. The museums permanent collection offered inspiration for Aaron as well.
