I have always been frustrated with the twists and turns that life has dealt me in the past and was always looking for new ways to transform my life into something better.
I felt trapped in a fixed and gamified system where progress seemed unobtainable. This led to an unhappy and dismal life of doing whatever to stay afloat. All around me seemed to be negativity, and I would always find myself 1 step forward and 2 steps back or more. Life had become overwhelming, and I felt that change was necessary for me and my lifestyle. I needed a makeover of my work and lifestyle routines, and I needed help doing this.
So, how would I go about making these changes and getting the help that I need to succeed.
