Hey there. Welcome to my website. Thanks for visiting. My name is Gil Ortega and what I’m going to cover on my site are things that relate to being healthy, wealthy, and wise. Three topics that are near and dear to my heart have been for most of my life, even as a teenager and going through my twenties, I’ve been all about these three topics.
I spend an inordinate amount of time online because I’m a, I’m a business owner in the technology and data technology field. And I do a lot of marketing. I deal with a lot of digital agencies, are my clients, some of the biggest in the world, some of the biggest brands. And I’m into health and personal development.
Personally, I’ve struggled with my weight have, since I was a teenager in high school. I think mainly because I was a wrestler, uh, even before high school in the juniors, through high school I was cutting weight. I think the most weight I ever cut in one day was 10 pounds. Can you imagine needing to lose 10 pounds in one day and then doing it. So nowadays I’m constantly struggling with my weight. I go back and forth. I get my weight in check and out of check.
