It is then that we leaders heal from the limiting beliefs required to survive and uphold systemic inequity. Community Equity Partners inspires the liberation and action of leaders through a coaching model that is heart-centered and built upon an anti-oppression analysis of people, organizations, and systems. We believe coaching provides a level of depth and intimacy that can't be matched by trainings alone. To this end, we offer four types of coaching to match each organization's specific needs.
